(PRE) 2024 Rockville 12U Annual Fundraiser
This fundraiser is in pre-fundraiser stage. Teamates are hard at work sending letters to local businesses. Only businesses should currently donate/advertise using the business flag option. Once this stage is completed we will promote the fundraiser to family and friends of teams.
Empower girls youth hockey in the DC area.
Young girls learn team work, mental and phsycial toughness, communication, and much more.
Funds donated here will go to the Rockville 12U Girls Hockey Team.
Last year the team made CBHL playoffs and ended up with 5-7 record in the CBHL with 30 goals for and 32 goals against. This year the team is ready to improve on that record. The team will travel around the region playing in the CBHL and the AGHF hockey leagues.
Uses for funds include but are not limited to:
- Parent coaches are an important part of the experience but they cannot do it alone. Non parent coaches need funds for travel and hotel accomodations.
- Ice time to allow the team to practice 2 times a week.
- Equipment - hockey is a fast game and quality safety equipment is important.
The fine print
(5% of total funds received will go towards the MGHF general fund to support future grants and operations.)

Young players help with fundraising by writing letters to local businesses and thank you notes to donators that leave an address. We hold events where players help with annual fundraisers in a fun social environment.
